We are “shooting” for June 1 as a start date and the sooner you get in, the more chances to build votes. EVERY DOG gets a spot, winners with most votes get exterior covers and monthly cover features. TIPS: *IF you want to purchase a holiday spot or special day, you can. *Costumed dogs are welcome! *Choose clear photos with good lighting *Try portrait mode on your camera phone! *Be aware of distracting clutter in background - let the dogs be the star of the show *Morning light and early evening are best when shooting outside *Treats help a lot and so does having a friend to help if you are doing a lil photo shoot!
📢Welcome to Low Rider Lily, Toby 2 and Todd! 📨Updates on Lewis and Anna 🕰 💚1. Lily is a 13 pound chiweenie mix of sorts who is just over a year old and very sweet. She'll be ready for adoption very soon. and we will announce it! 📢 🐶2. Toby 2 is getting acquainted with his foster mommy this week. He's a beautiful dapple 8 year old, only 9 pounds, and has some anxiety issues to work on. 🙈 🐾3. Todd is a long haired, mostly white, double dapple boy who is blind. He is 8 years old and under all that hair he is only 15 pounds. 😘 Todd has had IVDD surgery in the past and has his own cute walking style! 🐾 🩺4. Lewis has had surgery and is recovering well. 🚑He's only 5 years old. 🙏 💚5. Anna has moved to a foster home with an experienced foster who will work with her on her protective reactions to other dogs and humans. So far, neither the transport volunteers OR her new foster mom have had a single problem with her. She's actively exploring and curious and is a sweetheart. 💜 Anna is the ONLY one who is ready for adoption. 📑Her full profile will be up on the site very soon. 💙 📢 Don't Worry! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 🤓 - Anna is a beautiful l PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 🤓 - Anna is a beautiful long haired 🐶 doxie mix who LOVES 💜 her own people 👫, but isn't good when encountering others (human or dog) while out and about. In other words, this is not the dog to take to the dog park or to Home Depot for a fun outing! She needs a homebody, like her. 🏡 Anna weighs 25 pounds, so she needs someone who is 💪 strong enough to handle her on the leash or, has a fenced yard 🏡 where she can go out without worry of her growling at another dog or human. 🧔‍♂️ We do have access to some online 👨‍🏫 🐶 behavior classes if you want to work with the dog behaviorist to help her improve, BUT we want the people or person adopting her to understand THIS is how she is currently. NOW, we've gotten the negative issues out of the way, SO, let me tell you - 🥰 SHE LOVES 💜 her person or people! 👫 She will follow you around the house, sit in your lap or next to you for belly rubs. 💙❤️🧡💛💚Once comfortable, she is extremely sweet and affectionate. She simply needs the right 🏠 environment with 🚫 NO OTHER DOGS 🐕, no young children,👶 and a human who doesn't take her around others, or who is prepared to handle her 25 protective little self! 👤 Her foster mom loves 💚her and would adopt her EXCEPT that she doesn't have a yard 🏠 for her and cannot handle her on the leash.
