❤️ Meet Tyson — a sweet, playful little senior with a huge heart and an even bigger personality! This handsome long-haired black & tan dachshund may be 14 years young, but he still loves to play fetch, cuddle on the sofa, and follow his favorite humans everywhere they go.

💛 Special Notes About Tyson
Tyson has significant hearing loss after being treated for severe ear infections in both ears, so he should always be walked safely on sidewalks since he cannot hear approaching cars. He also had a skin infection that required shaving part of his back, but his beautiful coat is already growing back nicely.
Tyson is happiest when he can be close to his people or other pets. He would thrive in a home where someone is home most of the time or with another friendly small dog for companionship.
✨ Tyson is a friendly, playful, cuddly senior who still has so much love left to give. He deserves a cozy forever home where he can spend his golden years being adored. Adoption Fee: $225

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.
The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
