Meet Adoptable Dachshund Mix Sasha is a 10-month old, 15 lb Dachshund mix who is fully embracing her puppy era and loving every second of it! This sweet girl is playful, affectionate, and brings a fun, lively energy wherever she goes.
Sasha absolutely adores people from adults to kids and is just as happy making new human friends as she is meeting other dogs. She gets along well with cats and smaller dogs, though she can be a little unsure around much larger dogs at first. With proper introductions, she does just fine!
This little entertainer has a silly, acrobatic side (her signature move is an impressive sofa bounce that might even include a mid-air twist!), and she’ll keep you smiling with her playful personality.

Sasha is still learning her puppy manners and may have an occasional accident – especially when she’s excited or a little nervous – but she’s a smart girl who is catching on quickly. She does not have separation anxiety and settles nicely in her crate for naps and bedtime.
Vetting and Medical
In our care, Sasha has received a vet check, vaccines, and a dental exam. Sasha has been spayed and is on monthly flea & heartworm preventatives.
We depend on donations from caring people, like you, to make a difference in the lives of dogs. As an all volunteer organization, you can rest assured that the donations go directly to help the dogs. Thank you!

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.
The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
