Adoptable Mix Odie loves being around people and considers himself a “Velcro Dog” as he loves to be petted. Odie will nudge when he needs attention, and sit beside his owner but not directly on.
Odie barks at cats, so his foster family kept the cats in another room. He loves being around large dogs as well as being the dominant male around small dogs. Due to a big fenced-in yard, his foster is unsure about how Odie would act on a leash.
Adoptable Mix Odie is great about notifying when he needs to go out to do his duty. He hasn’t had any accidents at his foster’s house. Odie is good in a crate, and in a bed beside his owner. He is a bit aggressive around food, so he should eat separarately, as he does enjoy his own space.
Odie can be jealous of other dogs around his owner, but he gets over it a few minutes. He has some separation anxiety, as he will bark for awhile when left alone. However; he has been around mowers, trains, and vacuums and shows no signs of noise related issues. His foster hasn’t had storms or fireworks yet. Most of the time he is very quiet.
Adoptable Mix Odie has had his Vet Check, 1 or more Vaccines, Dental Exam, Spay or Neuter, Nails Trimmed, Flea Treatments, Heart Worm testing and medication. Overall, he is looking for his forever home with a loving family.

The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
