Adoptable Dachshund Simba is a very sweet, ruggedly handsome gentleman who just wants to be around his humans. Simba is versatile since he gets along with all sizes of dogs and cats. Simba needs time to trust; but once he does, he is a very loyal and lovable fun little guy!
Simba doesn’t dislike small children, but he chooses to keep his distance. He absolutely loves his walks, and does well on a leash. Simba is potty and crate trained. He will sleep in big bed, but prefers a big comfy dog bed all to himself.
Adoptable Dachshund Simba had a Senior Vet Check, Dental Exam, Nail Trim, and Major Dental (cleaning and removal).

Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.
The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
