Adoptable Dachshund Finn – Adopted

Adoptable Dachshund Finn is the sweetest, most loyal pup. He gives his whole heart to his people and wants to be with them all of the time. He loves his walks, snuggles, and his toys!

Finn loves other dogs and has not shown any signs of aggression or apprehension in meeting new friends.  He is disinterested in cats for the most part.  Finn is fine with older children, but has not been exposed to children younger than 5.

Adoptable Dachshund Finn loves his walks and exploring. He loves like to bark at bicycles and motorcycles!  He sleeps very well in his foster’s bed – he doesn’t care to be on the floor/dog bed. Finn has no signs of aggression near food or toys, he shares very well with his foster brother.

Finn is friendly but hesitant at times. He will bark at some newcomers until he has a chance to assess them and settle down.  Finn is a barker, but not to excess. He gets very attached to his people and definitely gets anxious initially after being separated but does settle down after some time.  Don’t skimp on the belly rubs and you will have a friend for life!

If you believe you could provide a safe and loving forever home for this dog, please fill out an application with the dogs’ name on it.

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.

The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
