Adoptable Dachshund Pair Izzy (5 years, 13 lbs) and Tater (6 years, 13 lbs, neutered male) are a bonded pair who are as loving as they are loyal. These two adorable companions do everything together and are hoping to find a family who will welcome them both.

✨ Their Personalities

• Izzie is the curious leader of the pair—she loves to interact, explore, and enjoys walks (though she needs a leash since she can get distracted).

• Tater is her loyal shadow, always following Izzie’s lead. He listens well, comes when called, and makes sure not to let her out of his sight.

• Neither are shy or timid, and both are affectionate, gentle, and love to cuddle.

• Fully housebroken with very few accidents.

• Crate trained (though they mostly only use their crate for car rides).

• They sleep with their foster instead of in dog beds—these two love being close!

• Quiet travelers who calmly lay down in the car.

Vetting and Medical

In our care, Izzy and Tater have received a vet check, vaccines, Izzy was neutered, Minor Surgery (such as removal of benign cyst – Izzy), nail trim, flea treatment, heart worm testing and medication.
