Peppa is a sweet, affectionate little girl looking for a forever home where she can share all the love she has to give. Her foster family describes her as one of the most loving dogs they have ever had. Whether she’s cuddling beside you on the couch, following you around the house, or joining you for a walk, Peppa simply wants to be close to her people.
🐾 Personality
This girl is incredibly sweet, gentle, and friendly. She enjoys meeting new people and is not shy or timid. While she does show some mild anxiety and may occasionally startle at quick movements, she settles quickly and thrives with patient, loving companionship.
She has blended beautifully with the foster home’s other dachshunds and has been an absolute joy to foster.

🚗 Car Rides
Ms. Peppa is not currently a fan of car rides and tends to shake while traveling. With patience and more frequent outings, she may become more comfortable over time.

She would do best with retirees, someone who works from home, or anyone who enjoys having a loyal companion by their side. She has plenty of energy and would love a home that can provide daily walks, playtime, and lots of affection.

Peppa is one of the most affectionate dogs the foster home has ever had. She loves cuddles and spending time right beside her human. She blended in seamlessly with the foster home’s other dogs and has been an absolute joy. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and loving. If you believe you could provide a safe and loving forever home for this dog, please fill out an application with the dogs’ name on it.
*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.
The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
