Adoptable Mix Maggie is a sweet, affectionate, playful and lovable little girl. She loves attention and cuddling, especially before bedtime. Oh yes, she follows her foster mom from room to room keeping her constantly in sight!
Maggie is three years old and is learning a few things in her foster home, including how to not “pull” or bark when walking on leash and another dog/human walks by. She seems to really enjoy her training sessions and is a quick learner.
Some of her favorite activities include going to the dog park, Home Depot, and hanging out outside. She is becoming quite social with other small dogs at the dog park. She’s not too sure about big dogs. When Maggie is in a social setting, she is ok with strangers as long as they do not try to pet her.

It is unknown if Maggie likes cats or small children. She is very active and likes to play and jump, so she would need to be watched with small children. Maggie does bark at loud noises and people she doesn’t know. Foster mom is working on this with her. Thunderstorms also make her nervous and she will find you in the house.
This sweet girl has a lot of love to give to the right family. With a little training and reinforcements, Maggie is going to be the perfect girl for someone very lucky!

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.
The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
