Adoptable Mix Chewy could be one of the smartest and fastest learners! He will make someone an amazing companion! In just 6 days, he has learned to sit on command, come on command, wait in his crate until invited out, and the same with going through a doorway.
Chewy is reluctant at first but warms up to friendly quiet dogs. He is afraid of dogs that get right in his face. Chewy walks quietly at his foster’s left side and sits when the walk stops. He knows the difference between “learning” walks and “potty” walks. Chewy has never had an accident in his foster’s home.
Adoptable Mix Chewy has separation anxiety, even if he’s alone for a short time. He sleeps through the night in his crate. Chewy is not food or toy motivated! He loves to ride in a car strapped in his seat.
Chewy loves to swim, he knows how to get in and out of the pool. He has been bathed, his ears cleaned, and is learning about the nail grinder. He needs to have his Young (1-4) Vet check. Chewy would make a perfect dog in a forever home, especially since he’s been trained.
