Adoptable Dachshund Pair Rose (17 pounds) and Roxy (19 pounds) are the perfect 3-year-old bonded pair who will keep you company, make you laugh, and never let you feel lonely.

About Them:
-
House-trained, crate-trained, and doggie-door trained (no accidents in foster!)
-
Excellent on leash – they light up with excitement at the sight of their leashes and love walks
-
Quiet, well-behaved, and not phased by thunder, loud noises, or being left alone
-
Great with other dogs and cats (they barely notice them!)
-
Shy when meeting new people, but once they trust you, they are endlessly loyal and loving
- Rose and Roxy were not exposed to children nor kids while in their foster homes so we are unsure how they would react

Their Personalities:
-
Roxy is independent and prefers her cozy spot on the sofa.
-
Rosy is a snuggle bug who loves to burrow under the covers and will happily steal your pillow if you give her the chance.
-
Both are curious helpers—whether it’s “supervising” laundry, riding in the golf cart, or making sure the dishwasher is extra clean before bedtime.
-
They’re big fans of veggies, cheese, and keeping you company in the kitchen (just in case something tasty drops!).
-
When it’s time to relax, they’ll happily curl up to watch TV with you.

Vetting and Medical
In our care, Rose and Roxy have received a vet check, nail trimming, and are on monthly heartworm and flea preventatives.
We depend on donations from caring people, like you, to make a difference in the lives of dogs. As an all volunteer organization, you can rest assured that the donations go directly to help the dogs. Thank you!

Adoptable Dachshund Pair Rose (17lbs) & Roxy (19lbs) – 3 years
These girls have been their foster family’s dream—easy-going, affectionate, and so well-mannered. They will be the sweetest companions for a family who wants loyal shadows and couch buddies. Adoption fee: $700.
If you believe you could provide a safe and loving forever home for this dog, please fill out an application with the dogs’ name on it.
*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.
The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
