Adoptable Dachshund Gracie is such a fun pup with a loving personality. Always ready for a pet and a cuddle from her people. At four and a half years old, she’s old enough to be already housebroken and trained, but young enough to have spunk and be ready for walks and playing with her favorite toys!
Gracie came to Low Rider after she attacked a new puppy that came into her home. Since Gracie has been with new foster mom, Gracie hasn’t shown any signs of aggression towards people or other animals on walks. We are unsure of how Gracie is around small children. We think it would be best if Gracie was the only fur child in the home.
Gracie’s favorite activity is going on walks! She does well on leash and looks forward to spending time outside. Gracie is crate trained for a few hours. She does ok for about three hours home alone in her crate. She has a little bit of separation anxiety when her person is gone, but nothing over the top.

Foster mom says her best quality is that she has such a loving disposition to her person. She likes to sleep in the big bed with you and follow you around the house. When meeting new people, Gracie will give an alert bark at first, but then accepts all the attention you can give. This sweet girl is ready to make 2024 her best year yet!
