Adoptable Mix Sparrow

Adoptable Mix Sparrow is a 3-year-old cutie pie! He needs some work on simple commands but definitely has a general idea of what he’s supposed to do.

He is crate trained and decent with going outside to potty. It is difficult to fully housetrain a dog in a short timeframe. He’s a smart dog, familiar with the process, and won’t take much to fully train.

According to current caretakers, he does well getting along with both cats and dogs and hasn’t shown any aggressive tendencies towards either. He is a friendly pup with a good attitude. In the past, it was reported that he had some issues with a much larger dog.

Sparrow is really more interested and focused on people but can play with other dogs just fine. Although he’s extremely food and treat motivated, Sparrow is not aggressive about either.

This little guy is a happy puppy and very sweet. Sparrow loves to be held and cuddled but he’s not overly demanding for attention. The ideal home for him would have a family or couple who enjoy taking him for activities, like to be active with him, have some patience for a bit of training, and possibly a yard to play in. He’ll make someone a wonderful companion!

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.

The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
