Adoptable mix Yoda is a friendly, lovable, little guy, whose personality will win your heart! He’s a fun loving fella who likes other dogs and kids. It’s unknown how he feels about very small children or cats.
Yoda is house-trained and good on the leash and enjoys walks. He is crate trained and sleeps in a dog bed, but also enjoys sleeping with his fosters. Yoda doesn’t trust strangers at first. It’s important to let him get accustomed to you before he starts showing love, but then he’s all in!
He also has sensitive skin and digestion, but does well on the specific food for it. He shows some signs of anxiety when you first leave him, but calms down fairly quickly.

Yoda is a big ball of energy and loves to cuddle. He has a little issue with strangers at first but once he warms up, he is the sweetest dog ever. We have been working on his potty training and now does a good job of waiting until he is outside. Yoda would be great at a home where someone can be around with him, and not be gone for long periods of time. He loves going on walks and is a dog who is extremely easy to love!

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.
The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
