Adoptable Mix Geronimo loves other dogs and gets along great with them. He has spent time around kids ranging in age from 3-17 and did very well.
In our care, he hasn’t been around big dogs, so we aren’t sure how he would do with them. He used to live with cats in the home, so he should do fine with them.
Although crate trained, this sweet boy is very cuddly and would do best in a home where he can sleep in bed with you and wouldn’t spend too much time in a crate. He’s a little love and prefers to sleep in the big bed with his foster mom.
Geronimo is not food or toy aggressive. He did well during transportation and also is accustomed to the leash. He is friendly when meeting new people as well as when meeting other dogs.
He can be a bit shy at first but then he opens up, he’s so loving and just wants to cuddle or sit on your lap. Geronimo shows no signs of anxiety and is not an excessive barker.
In our care he has received: Vet Check, 1 or more Vaccines, Dental Exam, Spay or Neuter, Nails Trimmed, Flea Treatments, Heart Worm testing and medication

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.
The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
