Adoptable Mix Wendy – Pending Adoption

Meet Adoptable Mix Wendy! Wendy is 9 years old, weighs approximately 33 pounds, and cannot wait to meet her forever family. Wendy is a laid-back pup looking for a forever family to spend her days snuggled up with.

Adoptable Mix Wendy

Wendy is a wonderful little pup who just adores everyone! She is dog friendly with both small and big dogs and is friendly with cats as well. She also does well with children, both younger and older. Her foster mom shared that Wendy has even made friends with the chickens and the ducks! She would be a perfect fit for many different families.

Wendy enjoys walks and does great on leash. She is also fully house-broken! We are unsure if she is crate-trained or not as she has not needed to be crated while in her foster home. She is not a big barker and she shows no signs of separation anxiety, she doesn’t mind spending some time apart from her people. She has shown no food or toy aggression while in her foster home.

Vetting and Medical

In our care, Wendy has received all of the following: Vet Check, 1 or more Vaccines, Dental Exam, Minor Surgery (such as removal of benign cyst), Nails Trimmed, Heart Worm testing and medication

When Wendy came into our care, it was quickly noticed that she was having a health issue which was discovered to be bladder stones. She was treated for them and had them all removed through surgery. As a result of this, she does require prescription food and will likely require this special food for the rest of her life.

We depend on donations from caring people, like you, to make a difference in the lives of dogs. As an all volunteer organization, you can rest assured that the donations go directly to help the dogs. Thank you!

If you believe you could provide a safe and loving forever home for this dog, please fill out an application with the dogs’ name on it.

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.

The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life. You pay no fee unless you are chosen to adopt.
