$So what do you have planned for Sunday? Are you in the Bradenton area or is it within a day trip\'s driving distance? Would you like to meet some Low Rider adoptable dogs in person? There will also be several Low Rider Alumni attending with their forever parents to share their rescue stories with you. There will be raffle baskets and a 50/50 drawing to benefit our fosters as well. We hope you can make it! $***UPDATE*** We have great news! While we are so glad we were able to give \"Daisy\" a safe place and some love and attention during a bad situation - Our posting led us to the owner. Our \"Daisy\" is actually someone\'s precious \"Lucy\". Of course, being who we are, we did our due diligence to be sure she was in the right place. Her owner loves her very much and Lucy was lost by accident. In the meantime, her mommy was searching for her. She is safe, she is loved, and she is now home. We\'re glad we could help facilitate the reunion! We would however, like to take this moment to point out that microchipping your pet is an affordable way to help your beloved fur baby get home safely in such an emergency. These things DO happen! No matter what precautions we take with our dogs, it is possible for them to become separated and lost. A collar tag with the phone number or with number embroidered on collar can also work. $This sweet girl was found on the streets of Tampa and she needs a double dose of TLC---maybe a triple dose. But she is in the right place to receive that now...took her STRAIGHT to the vet and now she is checking out her new foster home. This girl does not have much sight or hearing but she knows she\'s safe and she will sleep much more comfortably tonight.
